Dan of The Grateful Bread is our resident baker. Dan started baking a little over two years ago as a quarantine project. Since then, he has made and sold bagels, cinnamon rolls, loafs, baguettes, and so much more. Dan said his favorite thing about baking is learning and improving upon his recipes, either changing the oven temperature, how you mix, or the type of flour.

Farris started growing in 2007 on his land in Buckhorn. He grows and sells 7 varieties of beans, 5 varieties of corn, peas, onions, lettuce, zucchini, squash, and so much more. He said he started growing when he moved back to Kentucky to give him something to do (and keep him out of trouble…). Farris and his produce are such an important part of our market community.
